Marcus A. Riggins
Marcus A. Riggins, as President, maintains general supervision, direction and technical control of the business, activities and officers of the corporation.He is also responsible for: Ensuring the organization’s activities are compliant and in furtherance of its mission, leading, managing, and developing the organization’s employees, volunteers, and organizational culture. Developing, implementing, monitoring, and assessing sound and compliant fundraising practices.

Jeanine Lingo
Jeanine Lingo, as Vice President, acts as the president in his or her absence. She assists the president on the specified duties. She is handles media, annual dinner, facility, or personnel, ensures the effective action of the board in governing and supporting the organization, and oversees board affairs. Acts as the representative of the board as a whole, rather than as an individual supervisor to staff, peaks to the media and the community on behalf of the organization, and recommends to the board which committees are to be established. She seeks volunteers for committees and coordinates individual board member assignments.

Brenda L. Hill-Riggins, as Business Manager, performs the day-to-day duties which revolve around keeping the organization running smoothly while supporting the outreach the company is doing. This outreach may be coordinating appointments with the community. She develops and maintains beneficial relationships with donors, funders, supporters, collaborators, allies, vendors, and other stakeholders

Kathleen Holzer, as Secretary, is an active conduit for communication between the board, management, and members, by giving proper notice of any meetings and timely distribution of materials such as agendas and meeting minutes.

Ira S. Lingo, as Vice President of Communication/Information, is strategic in advanced technology, podcast production, and public relations. His work is centered on technology mechanics, search engine optimization, and building relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Gloria D. Whyte
Gloria D. Whyte, as Events Planner, is charged with creating experiences and bringing visions to life. She is adept at juggling many tasks. Scouting locations, soliciting bids, managing vendor relationships and client communications, creating and negotiating contracts, and managing budgets are some of the typical tasks for her.

Brenda L. Lingo
Brenda L. Lingo, as Manufacturing Project Manager, oversees and communicates product manufacturing project progression from inception to completion including design, permits, material delivery, labor schedules, and field installation. Develops a comprehensive project plan to meet schedules and budgets. Conducts ‘Work in Progress’ meetings. Understands and follows all published codes, standards, and unique project specifications. Conveys a sense of professionalism, fairness, and concern for customers, labor and management. Coordinates change orders and drives toward overall margin improvement on every job.
