Mission Statement: MARS exists to help communities in the Miami, Florida and Millville, New Jersey receive economic prosperity, job training, and community education – the highest possible quality of life before or after the devastation of hurricanes like Katrina, Wilma, Irma, heatwaves, or pandemics like Covid-19, etc. It is our mission to help others live more amply with greater vision and with spirit of hope and achievement.
It is our mission to provide skill development, workforce training, job placement, and other related workforce supports to develop, implement, or expand workforce development initiatives to establish the offshore wind talent pipeline in the state.

Registered Apprenticeship (RA) combines employer-driven education and employment training with structured on the Job training and instruction to apprentices for specific occupations.
Mars Community Development Corporation (Mars CDC) has created a program model which goal is to educate and empower individuals to become active and productive citizens of the communities in which they live (ownership).
Working within the community to rebuild by acquiring de-stressed homes and business and renovating the structures to provide housing for Vets, mothers with children and family who are in need. This includes opening day care centers, community centers, laundry mats, supermarkets (food from the farm) hair salons, transportation services for our elderly.
